生物杀线虫剂对日光温室番茄根结线虫病防效研究
Study on the control effect of biological nematocide on tomato root-knot nematode disease in solar greenhouse
摘要
Abstract
The control effect on tomato root-knot nematode disease in solar greenhouse was studied by using the insecticide nematode,Velum,Paecilomyces lilacinus,Verticillium chlamydosporium,Matrine and plant nematode preparation. The results showed that the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of tomato were promoted by different levels of biological nematocides,and the yield increased too.The root knot nematode in greenhouse disease index decreased by 20%~30%,and the yield increased by 40%~50%. The application of Paecilomyces lilacinus at 15.0 kg·hm-2level on greenhouse tomato root knot nematode control effect reached 36.27%,and the yield increased by 36.93% compared with the control,having the most obvious effect.关键词
