摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the loss of peanut stem rot in peanut production,the pathogen was isolated from the peanut stem rot disease plants collected from different peanut growing areas in Henan Province. The biological characteristics of pathogens and different agents on the bacteria indoor were studied.The results showed that the pathogen of peanut stem rot in Henan Province was Lasiodiplodia theobromae, which was the fastest growing in the medium of pH=8,and the lethal temperature was 56 ℃(10 min). After treatment with different agents,25% tebuconazole WP had the best inhibitory effect;60% pyra-clostrobin metiram water dispersible granules followed;70% wettable powder,80% carbendazim impor-ted products and 50% kresoxim methyl WDG had no significant difference from the CK.
