摘要

Abstract

The wheat straw combustion experiments were carried out with CaO, NH4H2PO4, (NH4)2SO4,and kaolin as the additives under different ashing temperature. The effects of additives on ash slag characteristics were investigated in this study. The ash samples were analyzed with SEM-EDX to visualize the micro morphology and chemical elements composition. Results showed that under same temperature,different additives had different effected on slag formation. In different temperature, four additives reduced slagging differently. With an increase of temperature, CaO, NH4H2PO4, and kaolin could inhibit slag formation significantly,but(NH4)2SO4only weakened it gradually. When the temperature reached 900℃,the effects of 4 additives was in order of:kaolin > NH4H2PO4> CaO >(NH4)2SO4. It indicated that temperature could significant inhibit the functionality of the additives in wheat straw combustion. Since kaolin costed less,it will be more economic efficiency in practical pro-duction of slag.
