共情能力对护士专业生活品质的影响
The influence of empathy ability on professional quality of life for nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of empathy ability on professional quality of life for nurses.Method Investigate 328 clinical nurses by general information questionnaire,Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C (IRI-C) and nurses' professional quality of life scale.Analyze the date by descriptive analysis,variance analysis,Pearson correlation and stepwise regression.Result Up to 71.95％,80.18％ and 81.10％ of mercy satisfaction,job burnout and secondary injury from nurses' professional quality of life scale are in medium and high risk level.Professional quality of life for nurses has obvious correlation with many dimensions of empathy ability.Department and empathy ability can explain 24.3 ％,26.1 ％ and 27.7％ of general mutational rate on mercy satisfaction,job burnout and secondary injury.Conclusion Nurses should avoid negative effects on their mental health and reduce rick degree of mercy tiredness when improving their empathy ability to improve their professional quality of life.关键词
