穴位注射联合神经生长因子治疗特发性面神经麻痹临床观察
Effect of acupoint injection combined with nerve growth factor injection on facial nerve function in patients with idiopathic facial palsy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with nerve growth factor injection in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy .Methods Sixty cases of idiopathic facial nerve paralysis in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected ,and were assigned into two groups according to different treatment regimens :the control group (30 cases) were treated with vitamin B1 ,B12 ,galantamine hydrobromide mixed acupoint injection therapy ,the observation group (30 cases) were treated with vitamin B1 ,B12 ,hydrogen Galanthamine hydrobromide mixed acupoint injection combined with intramus-cular injection of mouse nerve growth factor treatment .The facial nerve function score and clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed .Results Facial nerve function scores in the two groups were increased than that before the treatment .After the treat-ment ,the observation group had significantly higher facial nerve function scores than the control group .The observation group had significantly higher total efficiency (63.3% ,80.0% and 93.3% ) than that of the control group (46.7% ,66.7% and 76.7% ) at each time point (P<0.05);The two groups had similar neurological function score before the treatment (P>0.05) .Conclusion Acupoint injection combined with rat nerve growth factor injection can improve facial nerve dysfunction in patients with idiopathic facial paralysis .It is effective and worthy of clinical application .关键词
