氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗进展性脑卒中的有效性和安全性分析
The safety and efficacy of clopidogrel combining with aspirin in the treatment of stroke in progression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the safety and efficacy in the treatment of stroke in progression (SIP) by clopidogrel com-bining with aspirin ,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of SIP .Methods Totally 130 SIP patients were retrospectively analyzed .The patients were divided into two groups ,the group treated by clopidogrel combining with aspirin (treatment group) , and the one by merely aspirin (control group) .The two groups were compared in terms of NIHSS score and mRS score in three periods-when they just came to the hospital ,began to receive treatment ,and 14 days after they were treated .Results After treat-ment ,comparing with control group ,the NIHSS score of treatment group after 14 days decreased obviously ,while mRS score in-creased significantly .The two differences of the two groups were of statistical significance (P<0.05) .However ,adverse reaction among the two therapy was of no statistical significance (P>0.05) .Conclusion Dual antiplatelet therapy is effective in the treat-ment of SIP ,which can improve the efficacy and patients'daily living ability .What's more ,it is of good safety .关键词
