消栓颗粒联合阿托伐他汀治疗脑梗死临床观察
Clinical observation of therapeutic effect of Xiaoshuan granules combined with atorvastatin in patients with cere-bral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiaoshuan granules combined with atorvastatin in carotid ath-erosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction .Methods Totally 225 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into three groups :Xiaoshuan granules (Chinese medicine group) ,atorv-astatin (western medicine group) and two combination therapy (combination therapy group) .Results In the combined treatment group ,the total effective rate of limb hemiplegia was significantly higher than that of the other two groups .The improvement of carotid intima-media thickness and atherosclerotic plaque area were better than that of the other two groups .Conclusion Xi-aoshuan granules combined with atorvastatin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction ,but also can change the status of carotid atherosclerosis ,effectively improve intracranial blood supply .It is more effective than mono-therapy and is suitable for clinical promotion .关键词
