DSA血流动力学异常与颅内动脉瘤的相关性
The correlation between hemodynamic abnormality and intracranial aneurysm by DSA
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebral hemodynamic abnormality and intracranial aneu-rysms .Methods Cerebral angiographic findings in 209 patients were retrospectively analyzed .All cases were divided into three groups:aneurysms group ,hemorrhage control group and normal control group .The hemodynamic abnormality was scored and comparative analyzed by radiological data of DSA among the three groups .Results There was significant difference in scores of hemodynamic abnormality among the three groups(P<0 .01) .The score of hemodynamic abnormality in aneurysms group was significantly higher than hemorrhage control group and normal control group (P<0.01) .Conclusion Abnormal hemodynamics more commonly exist in patients with intracranial aneurysm .Abnormality of intracranial artery structure and hemodynamic may have a certain correlation with the incidence of intracranial aneurysm .关键词
