摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of combined rehabilitation of children's upper limb rehabilitation robot and elec-tronic biofeedback on symptom improvement and neurobehavioral function in children with cerebral palsy .Methods We selected 46 hospitalized children with brain injuries from December 2015 to December 2016 .They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the selected subjects ,each with 23 cases .The control group received routine rehabili-tation treatment and nursing care ,such as electrotherapy ,hydrotherapy ,magnetic therapy ,massage ,exercise ,herbal fumigation and operation .The observation group based on routine nursing and rehabilitation therapy on children with upper limb rehabilitation ro-bot joint electronic biofeedback therapy ,the clinical effect of two groups after treatment ,improvement of symptoms and neurobe-havioral score .Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 98.55% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.32% ) ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Children with children's upper limb rehabilitation robot joint electronic biofeedback therapy on brain injury ,can not only improve the clinical symptoms and neurological behavior ,but also can improve the satisfaction of parents of children with children ,shorten the hospitalization time ,ac-celerate the turnover of w ard beds .
