摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol on memory impairment and oxidative stress in the rat model of Alzheimer's disease with diabetes mellitus .Methods We used the streptozotocin intraperitoneal injection and then Aβ1-40 hipp-ocampal injection to establish the Alzheimer's disease with diabetic rat model .The spatial learning and memory performance were tested by the Morris water maze ,we also examined the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) ,choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) , malondialdehyde(MDA) ,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) in cortex and hippocampus .Results The results showed that resveratrol could successfully inhibit the memory impairment ,increase the ChAT ,SOD and GSH activity ,decrease the AchE and MDA activity in diabetic with Alzheimer's disease rat model .Conclusion Resveratrol can protect the Alzheimer's disease with Diabetic rat model by decreasing memory impairment and oxidative stress .
