奥卡西平拉莫三嗪左乙拉西坦对癫痫患者脑电图的影响
Effect of oxcarbazepine ,lamotrigine and levetiracetam on electroencephalogram in epileptic patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of new anti-epileptic drugs (AEDs) such as oxcarbazepine (OXC) ,lamotrigine (LGT) and levetiracetam (LEV) on electroencephalogram in epileptic patients .Methods We compared the ambulatory electroen-cephalography of epileptic patients before and after the treatment with OXC ,LGT and LEV respectively .Results OXC ,LGT and LEV reduced the epileptic activity in EEG of children suffered from epilepsy ,but the therapeutic effects of LGT and LEV were su-perior to that of OXC .OXC could step down the amplitude of background wave such as αactivity ,decrease andθwave an increase theδactivity ,which were less occurred in the patients used LGT and LEV .Conclusion LGT and LEV have less side effects on EEG ,they can control the epileptic activity and easy to reach the standard of drug withdrawal .关键词
