靳氏舌三针联合Schuell刺激法治疗脑卒中后Broca失语临床研究
Clinical research on Broca aphasia after stroke by Jin's three needles therapy combined with Schuell stimulation method
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jin's three needles therapy combined with Schuell stimulation method in the treatment of Broca aphasia after Stroke .Methods The cases were randomly divided into treatment group (n=31) and con-trol group (n=30) .The treatment group received Jin's three needles therapy and Schuell stimulation method ,while the control group only received Schuell stimulation method .Patients received the treatment once a day ,5 times a week for 3 weeks .CFCP and BDAE were used to evaluate the language capability before and after treatment .Results There was significant difference on CFCP scores between the two groups after treatment (P<0.01) .The CFCP scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) .The effective rates were 87.10% and 76.67% in treatment group and control group respec-tively .Conclusion The results indicate that Jin ' s three needles therapy combined with Schuell stimulation method can significantly improve the language and communication abilities of stroke patients with Broca aphasia ,and have a better clinical therapeutic effect than the Schuell stimulation method .关键词
