高压氧舱联合有氧训练对中度脑外伤患者认知功能的作用

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen chamber and aerobic exercise on cognitive function of patients with moderate brain trauma .Methods Sixty-two cases of patients with moderate brain trauma and cognitive disorder in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group (n=31) and the control group (n=31) .The control group was given the routine drug treatment and aerobic training ,and the observation group was given additional hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy .The cognitive function level of the two groups was assessed by the neurobehavioral cognitive status exam (NCSE) and functional independence measure (FIM ) ,and the comprehensive efficacy was compared between the two groups .Results The item score and total scores of NCSE were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment compared with those before treat-ment (P<0.05) ,and the item score and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) .The item score and total scores of FIM were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment (P<0.05) .After treatment ,there was no significant difference in the FIM score ,the sphincter control and the walking score between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05) ,and the other individual scores and total scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05) .The significant rate and effective rate in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group (P>0.05) .Conclusion Application of hyperbaric oxygen chamber and aerobic exercise has significant effect on cognitive disorder and cognitive function recovery .关键词
