丁苯酞对脑小血管病患者认知功能及脑血管储备功能的影响
Effect of butylphthalide on the cognitive function and cerebrovascular reserve capability in patients with cerebral small vascular disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of butylphthalide on the cognitive function and cerebrovascular reserve ca-pability in patients with cerebral small vascular disease (SVD) .Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with SVD were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,40 patients in each group .Patients in both groups were treated by the traditional basic therapy ,but those in the treatment group were given butylphthalide soft capsules orally .The CVR function was e-valuated by BHI in breathing-holding test of the transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) before and after treatment .At the same time ,the P300 and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) were performed to assess the cognitive function of patients . Meanwhile ,related indicators such as coagulation functions were monitored ,and adverse reactions were observed .Results Com-pared with prior-treatment ,the MoCA score in the control group was significantly different after three months treatment (P<0.05) ,but the P300 and BHI were unchanged at both treatment time points (P>0.05) .The MoCA scores ,P300 and BHI were significantly different at both treatment time points in the treatment group (P<0.05) .compared with the control group ,the Mo-CA scores ,P300 and BHI were significantly different at both treatment time points in the treatment group (P<0.05) .There were no specific adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups .Conclusion Butylphthalide can improve the cognitive function and CVR function of SVD patients ,and it is a safe and effective treatment .关键词
