后循环缺血性眩晕的影像学对照分析
Comparative analysis of CT and MRA in the diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo .Methods Forty patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo from February 2016 to December 2016 were selected in this study .All patients received the CT ,MRA and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) ex-amination .Based on the DSA examination results (gold standard) ,we evaluated the diagnostic value of CT and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo .Results CT found that cerebral infarction in patients with a total of 11 cases;the detection rate was 27.50% .MRA examination revealed 44 type A ,8 type B ,9 type C ,9 type D and 14 normal type of bilateral vertebral arteries ;24 type A ,4 type B ,6 type C and 6 normal basilar arteries ;The sensitivity of MRA diag-nosis of pciv was 93.27% ,the specificity is 81.25% ,the miss rate was 6.73% ,the misdiagnosis rate was 18.75% ;the sensitivity of CT diagnosis of pciv was 27.78% ,the specificity was 75% ,the miss rate was 72.22% ,the misdiagnosis rate was 25% .Conclu-sion MRA examination has a high diagnostic value for posterior circulation .关键词
