广西北部湾地区成人化脓性脑膜炎脑脊液培养的病原菌分析
Pathogenanalysis of adult purulent meningitis in Beibu Gulf of Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogens in cerebrospinal fluid culture of adult purulent meningitis in Beibu Gulf of Guangxi and its sensitivity to antimicrobial agents .Methods The results of cerebrospinal fluid smear and culture in 51 patients with purulent meningitis in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed ,and the drug sensitivity of pathogens was analyzed .Results Among the 51 strains of pathogenic bacteria ,there were mainly 28 strains of Cryp-tococcus neoformans with fungal infection ,6 strains of Gram-negative bacilli ,1 Strain of Neisseria gonorrhoeae .12 strains of Gram-positive cocci were mainly streptococcus .In cultured fungi ,fluconazole ,Aripiprazole ,itraconazole ,anphotericin B ,and fluorouracil were all sensitive .Conclusion The pathogen of adult purulent meningitis in Beibu Gulf area of Guangxi is mainly Cryptococcus neoformans .关键词
