卡马西平联合文拉法辛对原发性三叉神经痛的疗效
The effect of carbamazepine combined with venlafaxine on the patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of carbamazepine combined with venlafaxine on the improvement of pain and daily living ability in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia .Methods Ninety-eight patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were divided into 2 groups according to the treatment regimen from May 2014 to October 2016 .The control group was treated with carbamazepine ,and the study group was treated with carbamazepine combined with venlafaxine .The incidence of adverse e-vents was observed and visual analogue scale (VAS) and daily life ability score (ADL) were analyzed between the two groups be-fore and after treatment .Results The total effective rate was 81.63% (40/49) in the study group and 63.27% (31/49) in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Before treatment ,the VAS and ADL scores of the observation group were no statistically significant compared with the control group (P>0.05) .After treatment ,the VAS and ADL scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment ,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05) .The incidence of adverse reaction occurred in the observation group was 16.33% (8/49) compared with 12.24% (6/49) in the control group ,the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05) .Conclusion Carbamazepine combined with ven-lafaxine can effectively relieve the pain and improve the daily living ability in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia ,the clinical effect is remarkable and the safety is high .关键词
