氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀对缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉狭窄程度的影响
Effect of combination of clopidogrel with rivastatin on the stenosis degree of carotid artery in patients with ische-mic cerebrovascular disease

Abstract
Objective To determine the effect of combination of clopidogrel with rivastatin on the stenosis degree of carotid artery and the expression of P-selectine in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease .Methods Totally 120 hospitalized pa-tients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease caused by carotid stenosis (including ischemic stroke and transient ischemic attack ) were selected .These patients were randomly divided into group A and group B ,each group had 60 cases .Group A was treated with clopidogrel and simvastatin ,and group B was treated with clopidogrel and risuvastatin .30 healthy people were selected as the con-trol group .Both at the beginning and the end of the trial ,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method was used to detect the ex-pression of P-selectine ,and the carotid artery ultrasound was used to test the intima-media thickness ,plaque integral and the steno-sis rate of luminal of the responsibility carotid artery .Results Compared with that at the beginning of the treatment ,the expres-sion of P-selectine ,the intima-media thickness ,plaque integral and the stenosis rate of luminal of the responsibility carotid artery were all reduced significantly both in group A and group B after the 12-week treatment(P<0.05) .Meanwhile ,compared with group A ,the indexes of group B were much lower ,and the differences were significant statistically (P<0.05) .Conclusion Both the combination of clopidogrel with rivastatin and combination of clopidogrel with simvastatin could inhibit the activation of plate-let and improve the degree of atherosclerosis ,the combination of clopidogrel with rivastatin is more significant .关键词
