改良ABCD2评分对头晕患者脑梗死的诊断价值
The diagnostic value of modified ABCD2 for cerebral infarction in hospitalized patients with dizziness
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate whether modified ABCD2 score can discriminate dizziness patients with and without cere-bral infarction .Methods This study was conducted in 1297 hospitalized patients according to modified ABCD 2 criteria .The areas under the receiver operator curves and 95% confidence intervals were then generated to estimate the diagnostic value .Results The AUCs(95% CI) of modified ABCD2 is 0.786 (0.697-0.874) .The 7-day risk of stroke was 20.5% with a score of high risk (7-9) ,6.9% with a score of moderate risk (4-6) ,and 1.3% in patients with a modified ABCD2 score of low risk (0-3) .Conclusion Modified ABCD2 score can be used to quickly identify dizziness patients with cerebral infarction .关键词
