运动训练对帕金森病非运动症状的改善作用研究
Study on the improvement of physical training on the non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of physical training on the non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease pa-tients .Methods Using the method of retrospective analysis and follow-up ,305 cases of Parkinson's disease (PD) diagnosed in Shaanxi Province Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2012 to September 2014 were investigated by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD scale 17) ,Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA scale) and Alzheimer's disease assessment scale (ADAS-cog) evaluation .To-tally 239 patients who meet the requirements were divided into three groups :A depression group ,B anxiety group and C cognitive impairment group (when the patient had more than two kinds of symptoms meantime ,grouping according to the highest score) , then the exercise attitude with'exercise attitude scale',correlation analysis between non motor symptoms and each factor were in-vestigated .Executing the'physical training program'for 3—6 months to patients with factor's score was lower than normal ,then factor scores with exercise attitude scale ,HAMD ,HAMA and ADAS-cog scores were investigated again .Results There was a sig-nificant negative correlation between physical attitude and non motor symptoms in PD patients with mental and cognitive impair-ment and the physical attitude lower than normal (r<0 ,P<0.05) .After physical training ,the patients'emotional and cognitive impairment scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05) .Conclusion Continuous physical training can effectively improve the ex-ercise attitude of patients with PD ,and improve the non-symptoms .关键词
