高龄高血压小脑出血并脑积水患者手术疗效分析
Analysis of operative in elderly patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage complicated with hydrocephalus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ,complications and prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage complicated with hydrocephalus treated by minimally invasive puncture combined with lateral drainage of the lateral ventricle .Methods From September 2015 to September 2016 ,124 cases of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage and hydrocephalus in our hospital were divided into 2 groups according to the different surgical methods ,each with 62 cases .Control group were trea-ted with bintraventricular external drainage ,the observation group underwent minimally invasive puncture combined with ventricle drainage .The curative effect and prognosis of the comparison between the two groups .Results Observation group clinical had a total efficacy rate of 70.97% ,which was higher than the control group of 32.26% (P<0.05);2 weeks after the treatment ,the NIHSS scores in the observation group were better than group GCS (P<0.05);1 months after surgery ,the observation group had a traffic hydrocephalus with 3.23% ,which was higher than the control group of 35.48% ,lower death with 12.90% than the con-trol group with 41.94% .The GOS grade V ,IV accounted for more than 30.65% ,38.71% in the observation group ,which were higher than the control group (16.13% ,24.19% ,respectively) (P<0.05) .Conclusion Hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage and hydrocephalus in the elderly patients with minimally invasive puncture combined with lateral ventricle drainage can effectively and quickly remove the hematoma and bleeding ,reduce traffic hydrocephalus and mortality with better the prognosis .关键词
