Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of urinary kallidinogenase on the plasma monocyte chemotaxis protein 1 (MCP-1) and activity of daily living in patients with acute cerebral infarction .Methods 260 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups randomly .After admission ,aspirin and rivastatin were used ,the group of B was treated with eureklin ,total treatment were 21 days .Observing the plasma MCP-1 level and Bathel index before and 21 days after treatment respectively .Re-sults There was no statistically difference of the McP-1 level and Bathel index in the two groups before treatment ;at 21 days of treatment ,the MCP-1 level declined ,and the Bathel index has improved in both groups .The differences were statistically signifi-cant .The changes of MCP-1 and Bathel index of group B were more obvious than the group of A .Conclusion Cerebral infarction can lead obvious inflammatory response in patients ,eureklin can improve daily life ability by reducing McP-1 level .关键词
