内科脾胃中成药的用药规律与关联规则研究
Study on Medication Regularities and Association Rules for Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescriptions of Internal Spleen and Stomach Medicines

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and handle the 167 prescriptions data of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription in The National Standard Compilation-Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescriptions of Internal Spleen and Stomach Medicines,to extract high-frequency single drugs,high-frequency couplet drugs and high-frequency drug groups,and to provide guidance for the development of new drugs prescription by these medication regularities and association rules.Methods:The high frequency single drugs and high-frequency couplet drugs are extracted by frequency analysis,and the AprioriTid algorithm which is an improved association rules mining algorithm is used to explore the association rules.Results 10 most used single drugs and eight most used couplet drugs are extracted.The top three single drugs are Muxiang (Aucklandia lappa Decne.),Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri reticulatae) and Gancao (Radix liquiritiae),and the most frequently used couplet drug is Muxiang (Aucklandia lappa Decne.) and Gancao (Radix liquiritiae).When the minimum support count is 10 and the minimum confidence is 0.6,and 10 association rules for two items and 4 association rules for three items are extracted by the AprioriTid algorithm.Conclusion:In the traditional Chinese medicine patent prescriptions of internal spleen and stomach medicines,the core drugs are Muxiang (Aucklandia lappa Decne.),Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri reticulatae),Gancao (Radix liquiritiae),Sharen (Amonum villosum Lour.) and Fuling (Poria cocos).These drugs often appear as drug groups,they are all good for the spleen and stomach,and have a better effect when used together.关键词
