和胃通降穴位贴敷法对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能康复的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Acupoint Application of Hewei Tongjiang on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients after Gynecologic Laparoscopy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application of Hewei Tongjiang on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecologic laparoscopy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopy were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with acupoint application of Hewei Tongjiang.The recovery time of main clinical indicators and the changes of clinical symptom scores and gastrointestinal hormones were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting and bowel sounds scores significantly reduced in the two groups after treatment,and the index of which in the treatment group after treatment improved significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05);The treatment gToup showed shorter intestinal sound recovery time,abdominal pain disappeared time,anal exhaust time and defecation time than the control group after treatment (P＜0.05);The MLT and GAS content were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05),while the contents of VIP were decreased (P＜0.05),and the treatment group showed better improvement of gastrointestinal tract hormones content than the control group after treatment (P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 97.5％ in the treatment group and 85.0％ in the control group,and the treatment group showed significantly better efficacy than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint application of Hewei Tongjiang therapy for patients after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones,and improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction rapidly.关键词
