神曲消食口服液配合五维赖氨酸治疗厌食症的疗效观察
Efficacy of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid（神曲消食口服液）Combined with Five Vitamins and Lysinee on Anorexia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with five vitamins and lysine on curative effect and related indexes in children with anorexia due to incoordination between spleen and stomach.Methods:A total of 128 cases of children with anorexia due to incoordination between spleen and stomach were randomly divided into two groups.The 64 cases in control group were given five vitamins and lysine,and the 64 cases in treatmeut group were given Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with five dimensional lysine.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Appetite reduction and loss of appetite syndrome scores were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.Efficacy was assessed in the two groups.Food intake and body quality were compared in the two groups before and after treatment.Serum zinc content,hemoglobin and saliva amylase levels were detected in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,appetite reduction and loss of appetite syndrome scores were significantly decreased in the two groups (P＜0.05),and the treatment group showed lower scores than the control group (P＜0.05).The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group (P＜0.05).Food intake and body quality were significantly increased in the two groups (P＜0.05),and the treatment group showed higher food intake and body quality than the control group (P＜0.05).Serum zinc content,hemoglobin and saliva amylase levels were significantly increased in the two groups (P＜0.05),and the treatment group showed higher serum Zinc content,hemoglobin and saliva amylase levels than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with five vitamins and lysine showed significant effect on children with anorexia due to incoordination between spleen and stomach.关键词
