新常态下我国"蓝色粮仓"建设研究
The Construction of 'Blue Granary'in New Normal
摘要
Abstract
China's economy has entered the new normal with the pursuit of quality and efficiency. The construction of "blue granary"is an important developing strategy proposed in the new nor-mal.This paper summarized the connotation of "blue granary"and the characteristics of systemat-ic,regional,scale and fluctuation.It analyzed the current situation of strengthening resources and environment constraints,imperfect managing system,insufficient ability to cope with disasters and irrational industrial structure and other issues.On this foundation,the construction strategy of"blue granary"was put forward from four aspects of innovation driven,space expansion,informa-tion technology boost and land-sea coordination,such as:the function location is to guarantee the food security,economic growth and "The Belt and Road"construction;the favorable conditions are rich marine resources,the perfect infrastructure and powerful supply and demand market,and the construction concept is innovation,green,coordination,openness and sharing.关键词
