The Uncertainty in Marine Functional Zoning and Its Adaptive Management
摘要
Abstract
According to the multidimensional,dynamic and unknown characteristics of marine eco-systems,this paper proposed the uncertainty of marine functional zoning.Based on the relevant theoretical studies,the paper introduced adaptive management in marine functional zoning and put forward the key steps including formulating rules,making zoning,implementing and monitoring, assessing results,feedback,adjustment and so on.Comparing with the existing paradigm of marine functional zoning,adaptive management has the characteristics of learning,real-time and openness,which deserves further study and improvement.关键词
