Abstract
The paper summarized the background of constructing market-oriented allocation mechanism of non-resident island resources,described and drew on the experiences of marketiza-tion management such as the public bidding,auction or hanging out a shingle and the transfer and circulation of land and other natural resources,defined the connotation of the Marketization Allo-cation Mechanism of uninhabited island resources,put forward the status quo of market-based al-location of uninhabited island resources in terms of system constructing and developing practice, as well as the problems,such as the resource allocation object is not clear and lack of legal basis for management policies and other issues.Suggestion were also put forward in the paper,which in-clude clarifying the object of market-oriented allocation of resources,setting up a market-oriented bidding and auction mechanism,establishing a circulation mechanism for the ownership of unin-habited island and a unified platform for resource marketing and establishing a relevant evaluation system,for building a market-oriented allocation mechanism for the uninhabited island resources in China.关键词
