散射计海面风场资料在远洋航天气象保障中应用方向探讨
Application of the wind field from scatterometer observations in ocean-going meteorology support
摘要
Abstract
A new observation of wind field from scatterometer is introduced for ocean-going meteorology support to overcome the drawbacks in practice.Several research aspects are proposed,such as the diagnosing climate statistical characteristic of wind field,the tropical cyclogenesis,the inner structure of tropical cyclone,and wind point or wind field prediction with nonlinear prediction method.A detailed review on research advances of these directions is summarized.The research can provide the theoretical foundation and direction support for using the wind field from scatterometer especially for the HY-2 in oceangoing meteorology support.关键词
