大口径火炮发射过程炮架振动的主动抑制技术
Active Suppression Technology of Gun Mount Vibration during Firing of Large Caliber Gun

Abstract
To actively suppress the vibration of gun mount during firing of large caliber gun ,an assessment method of the gun mount vibration based on vibration acceleration test was presented .The factors affecting the gun propellant and charge of gun mount vibration in the firing process of gun were analyzed and gun mount vibration tests in the firing process were performed .Based on this work ,a tri-base gun propellant and charge scheme were put forward and a comparison test with single-base gun propellant charge scheme was carried out .The results show that the acceleration of gun mount vibration for tri-base gun propellant charge scheme decreases by 22 .1% .The gun muzzle has no secondary flame .The vibration assess-ment method can be used to effectively assess the characteristic values of gun launching vibration .Controlling the bore pres-sure characteristics of charge is the key technology approach to reduce the vibrication of gun mount .Eliminating the second-ary flame of gun muzzle is beneficial to significantly reduce the gun mount vibration .关键词
