摘要

Abstract

To make the CL-20 spherical and reduce its reaction activation energy ,the ultrafine NC /CL-20 composite energetic microspheres were successfully fabricated by an electrostatic spray method .By controlling the conditions of electrostatic spray experiment and precursor solution parameters ,1 - 3 μm narrow size distributed composite micro-sphere particles with complete spherical degree were obtained .The effect of CL-20 content on the particle size of mi-crospheres was studied .The study on infrared spectrum analysis ,X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and thermal de-composition reaction kinetics for composite microspheres was performed .The results show that CL-20 and NC in the composite microspheres are only physical composites .Raw material CL-20 is ε crystal form ,but CL-20 in the composite microspheres prepared by electrostatic spray is β crystal form .Exothermic peak temperatures of several composite microspheres are lower than that of the raw material CL-20 .Compared with raw material CL-20 ,the acti-vation energy for the decomposition reaction of NC /CL-20 composite microspheres decreases by 28 .47 kJ/mol .
