摘要

Abstract

The substrate with a diameter of 13mm and thickness of 2 - 5 mm was prepared by compressing Cr /boron nitride (BN) mixed powder using a pressing tablet mechine ,and then on a reflection type flight time mass spectrom-eter ,using high purity N2 as carrier gas ,the Cr/BN substrate was ablated with the laser ,the Cr-doped nitrogen clusters CrN +n (n= 2 ,4 ,6 ,8) were generated and its mass spectrogram was obtained .The photodissociation of CrN +6 and CrN +8 was performed by laser with a wavelength of 266 nm ,its photodissociation spectrogram was obtained ,and the compositions of Cr-doped nitrogen clusters were discussed .The results show that in generated Cr-doped nitrogen clusters CrN +n ,CrN +8 is more stable ,which are composed in a difference of two nitrogen atoms in turn ,predicting that CrN +8 is composed of Cr + and N2 .
