两亲性高分子功能化氧化石墨烯的制备与生物相容性评价
Fabrication and Biocompatibility Evaluation of Amphiphilic Polymer-decorated Graphene Oxide

Abstract
Two-dimensional graphene oxide ( GO) has low cytotoxicity and good biocompatibility, which can be employed as good photothermal/imaging agents as well as nanocarriers for the delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs/genes. However, there are strong Vander Waals forces among the layer of GO, which can cause deteriorating effects of the ag-glomeration of GO, and is unfavorable for biological applications. In this work, 1, 2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoeth-anolamine-peg-amine ( DSPE-PEG-NH2 ) was employed to decorate GO, affording hybrid GO nanoparticles, DSPE-PEG-GO. The well-dispersed DSPE-PEG-GO was kept stable in aqueous solution for even more than two weeks, and it had no obvious cytotoxicity, which is promising in biomedicine.关键词
