摘要

Abstract

With fiber degradation rate of maize stalks as evaluating index,the effects of pH,enzymolysis time,enzymolysis temperature and enzyme concentration on fiber degradation rate were investigated by single factor test.According to the single factor test,the process was optimized through Response Surface Experiment and the best enzymolysis conditions were obtained.Under these enzymolysis conditions,the fiber degradation rate of maize stalks after enzymolysis was 45.62% at the conditions of the pH 5.0,enzymolysis time 60 h,enzymolysis temperature 55 ℃ and enzyme concentration 50 FPU/g.
