FastNavi:Interactive exploration system based on Sky Survey data
摘要
Abstract
Currently, China's astronomic major scientific project FAST(Five hundred meters Aperture Spherical radio Telescope) has been successfully built in September 2016 and entered the commissioning phase. In order to meet the needs of scientific research of FAST, this paper designs and implements an interactive data exploration system named FastNavi, which uses array database system as data storage backend and optimized for efficient complex analysis and high concurrency of large-scale data access. FastNavi provides most common capability for visualized analysis and information navigation over astronomical data, meanwhile, it proposes a new way for astronomers and nonprofessionals to conduct astronomic study. FastNavi has been listed as scientific research supporting software for astronomical data analysis by department of FAST Science and Engineering, and it is be used in scientific research planning for FAST astronomical data.关键词
