摘要

Abstract

Based on the purpose of improving the accuracy of flue gas emission detection,from the perspective of flue design, the problem of occlusion of laser beam is avoided by installing a prism and a fixed nut in the laser detector of boiler flue,and Laser probe part of the installation of multi-layer filter to reduce dust on the test results,while the inside of the flue to add high-tempera?ture nano-ceramic coating to reduce the phenomenon of light absorption.Aiming at the characteristics of flue gas emission,an ul?tra-low flue gas emission detection system for data collection and data detection is designed.The experimental results show that the average deviation can be effectively controlled within ± 5% compared with the portable handheld flue gas analyzer.
