System of Ultra-Low Flue Gas Emission Based on Laser Detection
摘要
Abstract
Based on the purpose of improving the accuracy of flue gas emission detection,from the perspective of flue design, the problem of occlusion of laser beam is avoided by installing a prism and a fixed nut in the laser detector of boiler flue,and Laser probe part of the installation of multi-layer filter to reduce dust on the test results,while the inside of the flue to add high-tempera?ture nano-ceramic coating to reduce the phenomenon of light absorption.Aiming at the characteristics of flue gas emission,an ul?tra-low flue gas emission detection system for data collection and data detection is designed.The experimental results show that the average deviation can be effectively controlled within ± 5% compared with the portable handheld flue gas analyzer.关键词
