摘要

Abstract

The preprocessing of multi-channel sleep EEG is important for detection,prevention and treatment of sleep disorder.The general S-transform has three disadvantages on discerning artifacts automatically,computational complexity and selecting threshold,and it is difficult to process multi-channel EEG signal in practical application.In order to improve the feasibility of the algorithm,this paper proposed the DOSTIN algorithm combined with extended Infomax and DOST,which used fractal dimension to discern artifact automatically and applied Otsu method to avoid the lost of useful signal because of the excessive denoising.It used MIT data sets to validate the DOSTIN algorithm.The result demonstrates that it reduces the computational complexity by 30 percentage than STICA(S-transform combined with ICA) as well as keeps the effect of denoising.It demonstrates the feasibility of this algorithm.
