Coordination Strategy of Supply Chain Considering Constrained Budget and Uncertainty
摘要
Abstract
The paper targets a bi-levelsupply chain with a supplier and a budget-constrained retailer and studies the coordination of supply chain using option contract when consumer demand and retail price are uncertain. The decisions of the supplier and the retailer are proposed in the case of option default. We then analyze how the supply-chain is affected by budget constraints and option default. The results indicate that option contractis able to coordinate the supply chainin the case of option default. The study can support the supply-chain decision-making and financing under constrained budget.关键词
