Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ventricular arrhythmiain patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure(CHD)Methods Randomly selected from March 2016-March 2017 in our hospital 106 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD)in chronic heart failure patients with ventricular arrhythmia as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group (n=53)and the control group (n=53),the control group treated with conventional method,the observation group on the ba-sis of conventional treatment methods,plus amiodarone,compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect.Results The treatment efficient contrast,observation group is better than the control group.Adverse reactions to contrast,observation group significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,which showed statistically significant differenceConclusion The coronary heart disease (CHD)in chronic heart failure patients with ventricular arrhythmia DianAn methadone treatment,can effectively reduce the adverse reaction,improve the effect of health care.关键词
