Abstract
Objective To understand the cardiovascular internal medicine rational drug use situation,and promote the develop-ment of rationaldrug use.Methods This study included medication information have come to our hospital cardiovascular internal medicine,time in December 2014 to December 2016,the total in 2200 patients with cardiovascular related diseases.This research to"Chinese pharmacopoeia"and related disease treatment guidelines to evaluate the rationality of medical standards,to judge the ra-tionality of drug use.Results 967 cases of patients with medication is not reasonable,unreasonable type rate from high to low are:lack of 20.59% incidence of clinical evidence-based evidence,no blind dosing rate is 11%,primary and secondary 5.59% incidence of compatibility is not reasonable,lack target rate of 4.22%,taking way unreasonable 1.45%,1.09% take way is not reasonable. Conclusion Cardiovascular internal medicine drug has certain irrationality,have effective measures to avoid the unreasonable,is to ensure that patients with curative effect and safety of backing.关键词
