针刺联合高压氧治疗脑白质疏松症伴轻度认知障碍临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygenation on the treatment of mild cognitive impairment.Methods 60 patients who were treated with mild cognitive impairment from 2004 to 2004 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of control and observation groups of 30.Treatment with hyperbaric oxygen in the control group;The patients were treated with acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen.The results were compared to two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the observation group of patients with MMSE scale score and MoCA scale score (28.5 ± 4.2, 23.4 ± 3.7 mm)is superior to the control group patients (25.4 ± 3.6,3.6 ± 3.0),the difference between the two groups was statis-tically significant (P<0.05);The treatment effectiveness (93.3% )was significantly higher in the observed group (93.3% )than in the control group (70.0% ),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cerebral white matter between patients with mild cognitive impairment with osteoporosis treatment,acupuncture combined hyperbaric oxy-gen therapy can play a good treatment effect,and treatment effectiveness significantly improve cognitive function in patients with, and is worth promoting in clinical.关键词
