Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing model on PANSS score,FIS score and so-cial function defect in schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 114 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed with international dis-ease diagnosis (ICD-10) were selected from January 2014 to June 2015.The patients were divided into study group and control group.all patients were treated with antipsychotic drugs.The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation and intervention.The patients in the study group were treated with multidimensional rehabilitation model.The patients were treated for 24 months.(PANSS)score,family burden negotiation scale (FIS)score and social function defect screening scale (SDSS)score were compared between the two groups,the intervention was 12 months and the intervention was 24 months.The positive and nega-tive symptoms scale (PANSS)Month,the patient′s condition relapse and deterioration.Results There were no significant differ-ences in PANSS score,FIS score and SDSS score between the two groups at 3 months after the intervention (P>0.05).After 6 months,12 months and 24 months,the study group The scores of PANSS,FIS and SDSS were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group (12 months)and 24 months of intervention.The recurrence and deterioration of the patients were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of schizophrenic patients by multidimensional rehabilitation model can significantly improve the psychiatric symptoms,reduce the burden of patients and restore the social function of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.At the same time,we should consider the quality of the rehabilitation staff,the level of ability,the characteristics of local policy,the implementation of the localization of multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing model.关键词
