摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional and small incision thyroidectomy for thyroid nodules.Methods From June 2012 to September 2016,48 patients with thyroid nodules were divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 24 cases.The observation group was treated with small incision thyroidectomy,the control group used traditional thyroid-ectomy.The operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,length of stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,incision length,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time and post-operative complication rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional thyroidectomy,thyroid nodules in patients with small in-cision thyroidectomy treatment,can reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,less surgical trauma,easy recovery,worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.关键词
