Abstract
Objective To set up the reference range of serum total bilirubin for healthy adults (18 to 60 years old)of Shanghai baoshan district.Methods Select health check-up population of our hospital from Jan.to Dec.2016,combining questionnaire,physi-cal examination and laboratory examination data to rule out unqualified individuals,such as medicine,liver disease,metabolic disea-ses,etc,and then analyze qualified healthy individuals by gender group.Results The data was analyzed statistically by SPSS19.0 software,IN our district,The reference range of serum total bilirubin for healthy male(5.5~29.2)umol/L,for women (6.7~26. 9)umol/L,compared with the current lab reference range (P<0.01),it was statistically significant.Conclusion Existing reference interval for labhas been unable to cover the 95% normal serum total bilirubin concentrations of individual distribution range,it is necessary to set up the reference range of serum total bilirubin for different gender of our district.关键词
