Abstract
Objective Plasma cardiac troponin T (cTnT),creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB),myoglobin (Mb)and amino ter-minal b-type natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP)joint detection in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction and clinical significance.Methods A total of 78 patients diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction were selected as the case group,including 52 males and 26 females.The physical examination,104 cases of healthy subjects as control group,the male 55 cases,49 cases.The Roche cobas e 411 automatic chemiluminescence immune analyzer to detect the plasma cTnT,CK-MB and MB and NT-proBNP con-centration.Results Male patients with AMI group cTnT,CK-MB,MB and the NT-proBNP concentration (972.07 ± 1188.11)re-spectively μg/mL,μg/mL (46.23 ± 75.01),(380.06-493.17)μg/mL (463.89 ± 4477.35)and μg/mL,female patients with AMI group cTnT,CK-MB,Mb and the NT-proBNP concentration (681.45 ± 1196.01) respectively μg/mL,μg/mL (21.32 ± 38.07), (353.20 ± 549.54)μg/mL (4649.22 ± 5911.99)and μg/mL,significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Plas-ma cTnT,CK-MB,Mb and the NT-proBNP joint detection has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of AMI.关键词
