摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing management in reducing the risk of obstetrics and gynecology and to protect the disputes.Methods 486 patients who were admitted to the department of gynaecology and obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital in June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 243 patients in each group.The pa-tients in the control group were given routine nursing and observation group and the control group was treated with detail nursing management.The incidence of risk events and patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The inci-dence rate of risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was sig-nificant and statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant (P<0. 05).Conclusion In order to strengthen the management of the details in the process of gynecology and obstetrics nursing care can not only effectively reduce the incidence of risk events in patients with,also can effectively improve the patient′s nursing satisfac-tion,to effectively improve the doctor-patient relationship,disputes and thus effectively reduce the incidence of nurses and patients, which is worth promoting in clinical.关键词
