卵巢囊肿患者30例应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ovarian cyst removal after laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst.Methods 60 cases of ovarian cysts admitted by our hospital were selected,and all were admitted to hospital from January 2014 to June 2016. The random grouping criteria were divided into observation group (30 people)and control group (30).The treatment of the pa-tients in the control group was traditional open abdominal treatment,and the treatment of the patients was treated by laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.From the average operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and adverse reactions,the re-lated content was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group (P<0.05),the patients in the observation group were signif-icantly lower than the control group in the mean operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time.In response to ad-verse reactions,the incidence of observation group (6.7% )was significantly lower than that of the control group (26.7% ),and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparo-scopic ovarian cyst removal surgery after the clinical effective,in shortening the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospi-tal stay at the same time,significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions,there exist certain promotion value.关键词
