摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of Gamma 3 nail and InterTan nail in the treatment of subtrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.Methods The 100 elderly patients with subtrochanteric fractures were divided into two groups according to their internal fixation methods , one group of 52 patients were fixed with Gamma 3 nail and the other group of 48 patients were fixed with InterTan nail.The operative indicator , fracture healing time and the postoperative recovery of the hip joint function of the two groups were compared.Results Six-month follow-up of the patients was carried out.Operation time , blood loss volume during the operation and the fluoroscopy time of the Gamma 3 nail group were less than those of the InterTan nail group ( P＜0.001 ).The fracture healing time of the two groups showed no statistical significance (P＞0.05).After 6 months of operation, difference of the Harris scores for the two groups showed no statistical significance ( P＞0.05 ).At 6 months of postoperation , the functional recovery rate of Gamma3 nail group was 86.54%and that of the InterTan nail group was 83.33%,and the their difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusions Both Gamma3 nail and InterTan nail achieve good performance in the treatment of subtrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.Gamma3 nail fixation leaves less trauma , and it is more suitable to the elderly with poor tolerance.关键词
