摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of distal tibial segment type AO-B1 fracture with L-shaped anatomical locking plate by minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO).Methods L-shaped anatomical locking plate was used to treat 44 cases of closed distal tibial type AO-B1 fracture.Results All the fractures of 44 cases reached stable fixation during the operation.All patients were followed up for 12 ~24 months , and the fracture healing time was 6~9 months.There were no complications such as fracture deformity or delayed union , pain of joint or fracture site , infection of bone and soft tissue.The curative effect was evaluated by Johner-Wruhs scoring system at 12 months after operation:40 cases were excellent , 4 cases were good.Conclusions The treatment of distal tibial segment type AO-B1 fracture with L-shaped anatomical locking plate by MIPPO ,which has the advantages of simple operation , with minimal trauma , good reduction of the fracture , stable fixation , good healing of the soft tissue and fracture , satisfactory recovery of the functional limb , etc.关键词
