跗骨窦入路结合空心螺钉固定植骨治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折OACSTPCD

目的 评估跗骨窦入路结合空心螺钉固定植骨治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效.方法 对33例SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨闭合性骨折采用跗骨窦入路结合空心螺钉固定植骨治疗.测量手术前后B?hler角及Gissane角,按照AOFAS踝-后足评分系统进行功能评价.结果 29例获得随访,时间12~14个月;4例失访.随访患者均骨性愈合,时间为2~4个月.B?hler角及Gissane角:术后及术后12个月与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0…查看全部>>
